Friendly staff and nice pool, but breakfast could use improvement.

Charged the stay on our credit card the extra expence was ours,despite us requesting and they agreeing that we would pay in cash at the end of our stay.

The breakfast was varied, featured plenty of meals. The service was very good, the staff were competent and really very helpful. The location was best possible, in the restaurant for dinner on a couple of evenings with easy access to a shopping centre and a market.

I loved the warm welcome and comfortable amenities at Centara Pattaya Hotel. The staff were attentive and helpful, and I appreciated the variety at breakfast. My room was well-furnished and cozy, perfect for a relaxing stay.

An really good experience awaits you here! The warm welcome with a refreshing drink, fantastic staff like Khun Ched and Khun Joy, and a peaceful location just minutes from the beach make this place special. Rooms are comfortable and well-serviced. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Ideal for a nice getaway!

The Beautiful King room was cozy with a nice private bathroom and all the essentials like a hairdryer and toilet paper. The outdoor swimming pool was relaxing. Sun loungers and umbrellas made it easy to chill. Spa facilities included a fitness center and sauna, awesome.

I loved this family-friendly hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. The staff members were all caring and attentive. Stayed at an a nice size room with clean towels and bunk bed and coffee. The service was very efficient, including an easy check-in. Besides, my parking was on-site...

Shame the bathroom was poor.

Oh, the tacos and enchiladas around Pattaya are a spicy dream. For a late-night bite, hitting up Khwanjai Thai food was pure gold! Plus, the staff were super friendly and the location is a hop away from the buzzing Soi 6 and the beach.

Now, the downside-after 14 stays, I noticed the old wing needs a glow-up. Plus, I might as well wear a 'No New Wing For You' sticker. Asking for one keeps getting a 'full' reply. C'mon, it's hard to ignore!

I stayed in the Centara 1 Bedroom Suite. The room was spacious and comfy, definitely gave off a good vibe. But check-in took way too long and the mini bar was empty upon arrival, a letdown. Staff were helpful, but that hassle with the room really soured things a bit.

The staff were really good, greeting us with warm smiles and being genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, giving us easy access to nightlife options which we really enjoyed. The breakfast variety impressed me, with plenty of choices to cater to different tastes including local dishes and international favorites. I also noticed that other guests appreciated the cozy atmosphere.

The room, while spacious, seemed a bit dated and could benefit from some modern touches.

The room had a comfy king-size and sofa bed that fit us perfectly. We enjoyed the vibrant nightlife and visited amazing spots nearby. Breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a fun group getaway.
